Doers was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin where he played hockey from
the time he could walk. An athletic scholarship from the University of Wisconsin
enabled him to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in business. Mike was
drafted in the NHL by the Toronto Maple Leafs and played professional hockey
for three years. Post-hockey, Mike put his business degree to work when he accepted an offer to join the First Financial Bancorp Team. He says the transition was a natural. As a hockey player, he learned the value of dedication, working hard, playing with teams of dedicated professionals, and pleasing fans through superior performance. Mike believes that those virtues have been the backbone of his success as a mortgage consultant. He values his reputation for honesty and integrity in the industry and truly enjoys his work.
